One Care Is the Latest Offering From B2X, the Global After-Sales Services Specialist

One Care is a consumer service platform developed and managed by B2X. Founded in Munich in 2007, the company started as a customer service provider in the mobile communications industry and has grown to become a leading global provider of after-sales solutions for electronic products – from delivery logistics to installation service, on-site support, remote maintenance, repair service and device take-back.

Companies in all industries are already benefiting from customized B2X developments in the Asia-Pacific region, India, Europe and South America. The portfolio includes scalable infrastructure solutions, customer and product services, and the company's Platform as a Service model.
