The platform brokers suitable offers to consumers who want support for the operation of household, entertainment and communication devices. The focus is on services such as installation, assembly, commissioning, maintenance, repair and trade-ins.
One Care was initially launched in Vietnam in March 2022. There, the platform partnered with real estate developers to develop in-home services for household appliances, such as maintenance services for air conditioners. The companies recommend the service to their tenants, who can easily order the service via the One Care app. Repair and installation services are also already being planned, as is the expansion of the offering to the Asia-Pacific region, India and Latin America.
